DESCRIPTION:If you have completed the IPLA Foundation workshop and are keen to develop your knowledge and understanding around the concept of physical literacy\, please join us at our next Development Workshop designed to \n– further support the IPLA’s vision of ‘Everyone Choosing Physical Activity for Life’ \nBuilding on the IPLA Foundation Course by the end of the workshop you will: \n\nArticulate why physical literacy is a ‘longed for concept’ (Lundvall 2015 p.116) and there is a need for change\nGain a deeper understanding of the concept of physical literacy\nRevisit what is meant by a physical literacy journey and use this to explore our relationship with physical activity and sport\nExplain how a physical literacy approach is beneficial and how we can contribute to the physical literacy journey of children\, young people and adults with whom we interact\n\nPlease note attendees need to be a member of the IPLA and have completed theFoundation Workshop (either online or synchronously online) prior to attending the Development Workshop. \nClick here to join the meeting!
